The Rafters most popular Banquet Menu.  Take the planning work out of your next party.  Each package offers three entrée choices….to fit any budget.  Pricing at your fingertips….each option shows total cost, including service charge (gratuity) and sales tax, for your convenience. Packages also may offer the host the flexibility of servers offering your pre-selected entrée choices (guest pre-order not required – only guest count is guaranteed), rather than, host making place cards indicating entrée for each guest.

This is determined by the type of function and the date selected.

Option 3 and 4 Dinners Include: Tossed Green Salad with French or Ranch Dressing (served on the side).  Relish Tray with Fresh Italian Bread and Butter.  60 count Idaho Baked Potato served Butter and Sour Cream.  All Steaks are served with a mushroom garnish.  Dessert-Option 3/Single Scoop Ice Cream with Chocolate Sauce.  Dessert-Option 4/Turtle or Plain Cheesecake with Cherry or Blueberry Topping.  Coffee.  All steak entrees are charcoal broiled.  Steak entrees are prepared rare, medium or well done only.  Servers will ask your guest’s temperature preference.

When choosing option 3 or 4 we also suggest offering Baked or Sicilian Style Chicken.
